We took our Phoenix bark which was already awesome and kicked it up a notch to next level Gourmet Phoenix bark!

Each batch is unique and limited edition - because I'm taking the chocolate orphans and running them through the stone grinder we always get something a little bit different!

Right now,  there's 3 flavours to choose from - more coming of course!

Childhood bark - I don't know what else to call this!  It reminds me of the chocolate I ate as a kid!  A layer in the middle made of crushed up Lady Fingers in caramelized chocolate, some raisins on top, finished with a second layer of Phoenix chocolate and some Maldon Flake salt.

Trail Mix - I love being on the trails and I love eating on the trails!  This trail mix is epic - a blend of granola, coconut, peanuts, raisins, dried cherries, candied citrus peel, crystallized ginger, pistachios, hemp seeds...I think that's all?  LOL

Rocky Road -I made marshmallows with my SIL for the first time ever - thanks Kim!  These are cut up and put into the bark along with salty peanuts - yummo!

There is also a weird dome package that we got forever ago and I can finally use it!  All 3 flavours under the dome!
